Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from LEDRopeLights.com. If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and resellable condition. No returns will be accepted after 30 days unless for warranty claim. If you decide to return your order to us, you will be responsible for return shipping except in cases of packing or shipping errors made by us.

*Custom cut LED rope light cannot be returned unless it is defective upon receipt. If your custom cut rope light is defective upon receipt you must notify us within 10 days and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

We will respond to your email with instructions for processing the return. We will not accept any returns that have not been pre-approved.
